Return And Refund Policy

We value your support and know that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. That’s why we accept return requests within 45 days from when you received your items.

Damaged Items/Wrong Product Received

If you receive damaged items, please email our support team at [email protected] to start the return process. We request customers to send a video of opening the package and make the request within 45 days of receiving the items.

Once we get your email, we’ll quickly look into your return request. We promise to reply within 24 hours after you send your email.

We’ll give you a prepaid label for tracking and clear instructions on how to return your item. This means we’ll cover the shipping fee for the return in this situation.

Once we receive the item, we’ll either start the refund process within 2 working days or send a replacement quickly if you prefer. You’ll get the money back in your PayPal account within 24 hours.

Your happiness matters to us, and we want to fix any problems with damaged or faulty items as soon as possible.

Customers Changing Minds After Delivery

You can request a return within 5 days of getting your items.

Items you return must be unused and still in their original packaging. When we get your return request and everything looks good, we’ll refund your money within 2 working days of getting the item back. You’ll get the money back in your PayPal account within 24 hours.

Keep in mind, you’ll need to pay for the shipping to send the item back.

Changing Your Mind After Placing An Order

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll give you a refund within 24 hours of getting your cancellation request. You’ll get the money back in your PayPal account within 24 hours.

If we’ve already shipped your order, the process changes a bit. We’ll quickly reach out to the carrier within 3-5 days of your cancellation request to see if we can stop the delivery. If the carrier confirms, we’ll refund you. You’ll get the money back in your PayPal account within 24 hours.

But if canceling isn’t possible, we’ll tell the customer to wait for the item to arrive and then start the return process. We’ll send all the details about how to return it in an email. Please read the section Customers Changing Their Minds After Delivery above.

Items Never Arrived

If your items don’t get to you, we have two ways to fix it. We can quickly send another replacement item, or if you prefer, we’ll give you all your money back.

To ask for a refund or replacement, email us at [email protected] and let us know what you’d like. If you choose a replacement, we’ll send it right away and give you a tracking number.

If you prefer a refund, we’ll give you your money back in full. It’ll go back to your PayPal within 24 hours.
